Now that I own my first home in Hawaii, so happy that I meet Jason Schreur, really highly recommended for him to finding home because he's worked so hard and try to make sure you happy with the house one you really want. ?

Mary Jo brought a personal touch that other Realtors we considered didn't possess. She listened to our needs for the sale and worked to make them happen. Mary Jo was always accessible, presented a great marketing plan, and followed through with her promises. I highly recommend her.

David's professionalism, knowledge and communicaiton skills are excellent. We were kept fully informed throughout the process and were always comfortable with his advice. He went above and beyond what a seller's representative would do (yard work, house cleaning, etc.) as well as providing photos of open house events, weather damage and anything else he thought we needed to know. We were out of the state for much of this transaction and Dave kept us up-to-date on what was needed to successfully complete the process. We would highly recommend Dave Spinazza to anyone buying or selling a property. We couldn't be more pleased and were fortunate that he was available.

Bottom line up front, everyone should have Malia as their Realtor. Point blank. You won't find another with the characteristics she possesses. Malia would work hard to get you what you need and you can rest assure she would not give mediocre service. You are a family when you join the team. I would be recommending Maila Badiang to all my family and friends in the market for house purchase. She is now my Life long friend.

Christina is super friendly, knowledgeable and a hard worker - everything you want in your realtor! She will go the extra distance for you to make sure all your questions are answered and get back to you in a timely manner, no matter the hour of the day (whether your time is different from Hi time or not). She knows so much about every area and Neigbor hoods of the island as well as buildings/complexes, etc that I am always impressed how much she can answer off the top of her head. And if she doesn't know, she will either look it up or someone if her office does. I will not hesitate to use Christina again for my next real estate transaction. Love her!

For the sale of our Ewa Beach, Hawaii home, it was recommended we contact Dean Matsui of Century 21 Island Homes. We are so glad we did. Dean Matsui and Danelle Miyamoto were the perfect choice for us. They went above and beyond what we have experienced in the past with regard to real estate agents. As we had already moved to our new home in Tennessee, Dean and Danelle handled everything needed in Hawaii. They were always available to answer questions and provide the guidance we needed to navigate the complex process of selling our home. When the Buyer's agent had questions, Dean and Danelle were always just a phone call or text away to assist in properly responding. We dealt with the 6-hour time difference between Hawaii and Tennessee seamlessly. I actually received a few texts and calls during what was morning in Tennessee which was before sunrise in Hawaii. Dean and Danelle coordinated all repairs needed to the home along with the proper inspections that were required. This resulted in a very smooth stressless process for us. We cannot espouse enough the benefit of using Dean and Danelle as your agent. "You will not find better." By the way, due mostly to the excellent work by Dean and Danelle we received $16,000 over our initial asking price.
